What motivated and inspired you to start your own business?
Creating a legacy that helps people embrace their greatness. I always knew, since I was about 3 years old, that I was born to help people live happier and healthier lives. Growing up I became more and more curious about entrepreneurship and how I could fulfill my purpose through having a business. Finally in 2009 I launched my professional Energy Healing and intuitive Life Coaching practice doing sessions with my clients right in my apartment’s living room at the time.
Tell us about your business.
My joy is helping conscious entrepreneurs heal any emotional pain, disappointments, or old traumas in their personal lives that could block their business from thriving and awaken their own intuitive abilities in the process so they can run their business from their heart and make a noticeable difference in the world while having more fun in their lives. I do this through private coaching by phone, Skype, or my favorite: Facebook video calls, workshops, and do-it-yourself digital courses.
Are you currently running any promos/contests/giveaways that you would like our readers to know about?

Where is your business based?
In the U.S. my main business regions are New York, South Florida, Atlanta, GA, and Phoenix, Arizona. I also fly internationally and currently have clients in Australia and Ireland.
What were the first few steps you took to get your business up and running?
Back in 2009, social media wasn’t blooming yet so my main focus was gaining exposure for my business from word of mouth and attending networking events. I also utilized the traditional business protocols like getting my business cards and website done professionally and distributing some flyers at some local places.
What has been the most effective way of raising awareness of your business and getting new customers?
My business started taking off when I started hosting my own workshops at yoga studios, holistic bazaars, wellness centers, and at New Age shops. This also helped me build my newsletter tribe. From there I ventured into tele-seminars and group coaching.
What have been your biggest challenges so far?
Proper time management. I know life is not meant to be perfectly balanced 100% of the time but I need to have mine at 90% at least so I can feel productive and somewhat in control of how things are moving in my life. This is something I am actively working on myself for because I do it a lot. I am in the process of launching two new companies in the lifestyle blogging and digital marketing fields, working on new music for 2017, and nurturing a new romantic relationship; so yes, I need to learn how to manage my time wisely. If you asked this question about two years ago, my answer would have been procrastination but I got that one under control now – thank God!
How did you overcome these challenges?
The way I overcame procrastination is one day I was meditating and I allowed myself to feel how painful it was to keep putting my dreams on hold. It felt like my heart was a newborn child in deep agony begging to be heard, begging to be loved, begging to be expressed and cared for. I also realized I was afraid of success, so I would procrastinate as a way to avoid it. I used Reiki, affirmations, and meditating with prosperity crystals like Peridot, Larimar, Citrine… to help release these old blockages and awaken my inner-power more and more.
How do you keep motivated through difficult times?
In my eyes, I don’t perceive difficult times because everything always get resolved at some point. What I do utilize is the gift of patience as I journey through the different phases and settings in my business. I find that once you develop a tangible connection with your intuition and you can tap into it at will, then you experience life differently in a really great way. You always know how the universe is supporting you through every step, every moment, and every area of your life.
How do you distinguish yourself from your competitors?
My clients’ success is my ultimate reward, so I use a holistic approach in my practice so that my clients benefit much more in their lives as a whole than just what they originally were looking to create in their lives. I am highly intuitive, relatable, non-judgmental and I’m able to see exactly what holds my clients back so they can quickly address it and move forward in big leaps within weeks of working with me.
What is the best advice you have received recently?
Be patient with yourself, take nothing for granted, give your business time to flourish properly, and enjoy the process.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs?
The same advice I’ve received: Be patient with yourself, take nothing for granted, give your business time to flourish properly, and enjoy the process. And I will add: Always prioritize your self-care and soul-care routines. The busier your business schedule get, the more massages, nap, self-reflection time and/or rejuvenating baths you’ll need to have in your weekly schedule as well.
What is your favorite business tool or resource?
Right now it’s an App called Crowdfire that helps you to manage your social media platforms and grow your following faster without being overwhelmed.

I am currently working with Debbie Ash from Thrivoo Social and she is helping me to position myself as the go-to expert in my field through marketing strategies and systems. She is highly skilled and has already been feature in Oprah magazine and the New York Times.
What are your goals for the next few months and how are you striving to achieve them?
Over the next few months I am looking to grow my online community to 50,000+ so I can empower and serve more people and do more collaborations with other brands. Like the African proverb says, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” I want to go far.
