Natalie Kehren is passionate about holistic health, spiritual counseling, energy healing and coaching entrepreneurial women to achieve their highest goals and aspirations.

She focuses on guiding women through Sacred Womb Wisdom Healing, Women’s Retreats held in unique spots around the world, and Transformative Online Coaching Programs.

In her private practice, she works with women through healing trauma by helping to develop their intuition, personalized spiritual practices and mindset programs to empower them towards living the life they truly deserve.

What motivated and inspired you to start your own business?

It really came down to a moment, a choice.

I was interning at one of the best PR companies in Toronto and was offered the opportunity to excel with the company. Yet, I was miserable.

I always knew in my heart what I wanted, it was just a matter of reaching out and choosing it… despite the fear.

I, of course, turned down the position at the company, went back to school to educate myself in something I loved and pursued it with a full heart.

In my private practice, I work with women through trauma, spiritual counseling, energy work, coaching and creating individualized programs to develop, heal and nurture what they are seeking to grow. It’s really all about empowerment.

I am launching online programs specific to entrepreneurial women who wish to heal and enhance their mindset/intuition/spiritual self to take themselves and their career to the next level and heal anything holding them back.

Two joint ventures I am the co-founder of are also thriving pieces to my business! As I mentioned, I am all about collaboration and each of these joint ventures just so happen to be with dear friends of mine that I grew up with.

One is a retreat company called Luna Wellness Retreats, specifically for women to have a transformative experience and meet a community of like-minded women to grow and transform together!
The other is called The Wellness Market which is held in Toronto every fall season. It is everything wellness under one roof! You’ll find amazing brands, products, yoga/fitness classes, holistic treatments, a Meditation Station and more.

The intention behind this event is to showcase, meet and most importantly, experience the amazing wellness community that is thriving in Toronto.

You can leave feeling relaxed from a holistic treatment, pumped up from a fitness class or full of new knowledge or all of the above! It’s really up to you. It’s a space to explore the wellness world, which we think is the best world to explore!

They are each perfect additions and passions I work on daily, along with an incredible team.

Where is your business based?

I am online/mobile due to the nature of my business, yet mostly based out of Toronto, Canada.

What were the first few steps you took to get your business up and running?

I focused on building my brand, finding my niche and hiring a business coach!

Online presence was a priority at the beginning and still is.

It’s all small building blocks that add up into a standing building eventually. Also, you have to be ready to invest in yourself at different capacities.

Self-worth is a huge factor in this journey – your mind, body, soul, and spirit needs to be aligned as one unshakable unit.

What has been the most effective way of raising awareness of your business and getting new customers?

Collaboration – more minds are better than one and sharing is caring. Online presence and branding has to be consistent, niche to your market and to what you do.

Most importantly, honesty and integrity. People can feel this in their gut and is the core of how your business operates. How you do one thing, is how you do everything.

What have been your biggest challenges so far?

Handling the stress that comes with operating your own business. There is always something to do and it never ends.

It’s finding balance in the midst of it all, feeling joy in every moment and enjoying the ride. It’s taken me awhile to get to that place.

How did you overcome these challenges?

Self-love and care, sharing my challenges with people my friends/family, meditating, a healthy diet, LOTS of water, staying focused and reminding myself everything is exactly as it’s meant to be.

How do you keep motivated through difficult times?

That’s a great question and one that I ask myself often because I am constantly surprising myself.

It’s true when they say, if it doesn’t kill you, it makes you stronger. To me, that is the nature of the spirit- it is resilient and simple.

I tell myself and clients, keep it simple, simplify the chaos.

I am so grateful to have the opportunity to give all that I can give and be all that I can be and help others do the same. That is the thought that keeps me motivated. I love people, I love life and that’s it.

How do you distinguish yourself from your competitors?

I like to think my integrity and honesty is what distinguishes me.

That trickles into every area of business, from the micro aspects to the macro, all the way down to staying true to myself. If you own your own business, it is essentially you.

Stay true to you and you’ll stay true to your business. That alone distinguishes you.

What is the best advice you have received recently?

“Stay in your lane.”

Meaning, it’s so easily to get distracted with self-doubt, what other businesses/people are doing that we can try to mold ourselves to fit another ideal success story.

Stay true to yourself and what you are amazing at and let that shine through your business.

What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs?

Your going to face resistance around almost every corner you turn.

Keep going and keep following your heart.

You are meant to live your best life – you deserve that life, always.

What are your favorite business tools/resources and why?

I use Instagram and Facebook often.

Video calls, like Zoom, are key to my business. I can be anywhere in the world and have a meeting.

I also listen to education podcasts/audiobooks to keep my mind learning new ways to develop my business and my body, mind and soul.

What is a good article or book you have read recently?

The War of Art by Steven Pressfield.

What are you currently learning about for your business or looking for help with?

I am currently learning about how to master resistance in my business and in myself.

How to catch it before it happens and how to get my mind back in a place of abundance when it does slip through the cracks.

And time management!!! That is always an ongoing learning right now for me.

What are your goals for the next few months and how are you striving to achieve them?

My goals include completing my online coaching programs and launching them. I am bringing as much value as I can to the program so clients can achieve exactly what they are striving to achieve!

Filling up spots for my intimate and exclusive retreat in Mexico from March 15th-24th 2019! This retreat is designed for female entrepreneurs looking to finally dig deep into what is truly holding them back from a successfully achieving the career and life they envision from a emotional/spiritual angle. It’s beautifully transformative!

And finally, giving Toronto a one-of-kind wellness event this fall with The Wellness Market! This happens each year during the fall season!
