I wake up at 5:30 am, do a few stretches, and then I make the bed. Then it’s a quick shower, coffee, and then hit the ground running.

I think every woman should do things on their own; whether it’s traveling, eating at a restaurant, going to a movie, shopping, going to the pool, and so on. There’s something to be said about enjoying your own company.

7. My favorite beauty brands and items…

I’m a fan of MONAT products, both for skin and hair; it’s sold through independent direct sales consultants. I don’t wear a lot of makeup, but I do love a good lip gloss (Buxom and Anastasia), and I keep coming back to Maybelline Falsies mascara!

8. The best piece of advice I’ve ever received…

Focus on building your email list. It’s something you own and come back to over and over again without having to worry about algorithm changes.
