I bring products to market that move people along the spectrum to greater health. I help manage, and a fun, outdoor wine glass company,

2. The first thing I do when I wake up…

I silently say “Thank you. Let’s make this a great day.” Then I look at my phone, answer any quick questions from my team on the other side of the world, then head to the gym. If I don’t move my body consistently, every part of my body and soul starts to rot.

  • SLACK – for workplace communication, calls, discussions.
  • ASANA – for organizing the heaps of projects that we have going on.
  • BigCOMMERCE – A more integrated Shopify alternative that doesn’t take a percentage of sales and has more important features included.

6. Every woman needs to try this at least once…

Leave everyone and take a 2 week trip by yourself. Not with girlfriends, not with your husband… BY YOUR-SELF. Discover what it’s like to just be ‘you’ without all the attachments of identity: mother, wife, business owner, etc. It’s the most refreshing thing for the soul.

Oh, I have so many that come to mind.

  • Check sales and traffic numbers.
  • Check Asana to see what has/has not been done.
  • Craft new marketing campaigns to highlight the overall brand or specific products like CBD Vape Oil or make more to-do lists.
