Lalla Bee Yellow Dress v.s. MissGuided Coral Dress

Lalla Bee Yellow Dress review on ladybossblogger written by Elaine Rau

I love dresses that can transition from work to party so that I don’t need to change at all. I also like dresses that make a statement and flatter my body – I mean who doesn’t right? But it’s hard to find items that match all of these criteria. However, I stumbled upon Lalla Bee’s Collection and was immediately impressed that most of the pieces she designs are very transitional and exactly what I was looking for!

What makes it special

  • Easily transitions from work to party
  • Fashion forward and flattering
  • High fashion feel without the high fashion price tag
  • Elegant, bold, powerful designs for the modern woman
  • High quality fabric and internal structure

The Packaging

I was surprised when my package came that it not only included my dress, but it also came with some of Lalla Bee’s stationary items which was a nice touch! I use her little notepad, pen and sticky notes every day. It was perfect timing too since I had just run out of my post-its!

The Product

The dress is a show stopper. When I was on that yacht party, I literally received so many compliments on my dress it was overwhelming! I usually never wear yellow, in fact this is the only yellow dress I own, because I have yellow tones in my skin (I am half asian). But this yellow really worked for me!

The Results

I don’t like to wear the same dress too many times, but I couldn’t stop wearing this statement piece. The dress from MissGuided was good, but I’ve only worn it once for my engagement shoot. I prefer to get dresses that have more uses, so Lalla Bee wins for me!
