We have narrowed it down to the top 3 for you to apply to today and start working for tomorrow!
Established in 2013, this company focuses on bringing the English language to Chinese elementary school children.
The process is relatively straightforward, but spirited members are wanted for the teaching position. VipKid’s emphasis is on having FUN while learning in a one-on-one lesson.
You get to create your own schedule and choose the number of hours and days desired, however, you must sign up for at least 7.5 hours.
Next, the lesson plans are created by the company along with their grading system so you have all the necessary tools you need, however, if you have your own material, you can use that as well.
The starting pay ranges from $14/22 per hour depending on experience.
Established in 2011, this company also focuses on helping Chinese students learn English.
Their goal is to not only bring language, but also Western skills, analytics, and values to the east. They have a higher standard when hiring so make sure you have the qualifications to assume the role.
You can set your own hours, but a minimum of 10 hours is required and you must be able to work on the weekends. The schedule operates like a real classroom where you work with the same students for 2-4 weeks, then you rotate out and meet new students after you’ve gained some experience.
The company trains you on how to create valuable lessons for the students. They also have a great space to network with other teachers in order to learn from one other.
Your base pay is $18 for a 45-minute lesson.
Formed in 1965, this company is different from the other two because instead of solely focusing on Chinese students. They allow anyone who wants to learn English an opportunity to learn.
They focus on the opportunities people could and should have; they want to show people cultural beauty while keeping it academically intact.
They offer the usual incentives that go with personal scheduling, but they also offer 24/7 technical support.
They have students of all ages and you can choose to teach one-on-one or in a group setting so depending on which one you prefer, you come up with the best lesson.
The compensation ranges from $12-19/hour, but this company is based more on other projects than just teaching English.
These companies have brought us new opportunities to make cash, in the comfort of our home. Each has a specific niche and consumer, so you’re bound to find one that fits your specific needs and wants.
Join the wonderful group of teachers all over the world who are also teaching English online and start making money while helping people all around the world!
