Lindsay Rose helps spiritual women step fully into their power and command all their desires into reality. As a former self-loather, anorexic, body-conscious, food addict, bikini competitor who just wanted to find balance in her life, she tried every diet, exercise program and supplement… all in pursuit of trying to love herself.
Luckily she was led down a beautiful spiritual path that opened up her eyes to the fact that everyone creates their own realities. Once she made this breakthrough, she has transformed her life and now coaches other’s how to transform their lives as well.
What motivated and inspired you to start your own business?
I spent many years on the corporate train going from company to company never really feeling fulfilled. I felt like there was so much more to this life experience than getting up, going to work and coming home and make it to the weekend.
I knew that it was time for me to really dig deep and figure out what I was most passionate about and it resounded pretty clear – helping other people. I decided to make the jump, quit my job, and start my business as a Wellness Coach.
Tell us about your business.
As a young adult, I really struggled with body dysmorphia and other emotional trauma from childhood that led me down a spiritual path to enlightenment and wellness.
Through this experience, I learned that it was my purpose and passion to help others navigate their own mind-body connection specifically around weight loss and self-love.
I teach women about Neuro-linguistic Programming and how to use visualizations, affirmations, meditations, and intuitive exercise to reprogram the neural networks in the brain creating long-term weight loss success by thought alone.
Are you currently running any promos/contests/giveaways that you would like our readers to know about?

Where is your business based?
Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
What were the first few steps you took to get your business up and running?
The first thing I did was hire a business coach and worked with her on developing branding, strategy, and marketing. I then dove right in – created the website, started an Instagram and Facebook account, and started preparing the content I wanted to share.
What has been the most effective way of raising awareness of your business and getting new customers?
The best way for me was by engaging with other Instagram accounts and getting involved in Facebook groups with people that had similar interests. All the content I share is genuinely from the heart and believe that the people that need to find me will me guided my way.
What have been your biggest challenges so far?
Personal fears came up pretty strong for me when I first started out. I was afraid of failing, putting myself out there and being judged, and just being seen online in general. Some days I struggled with moving forward because it felt like what I was posting wasn’t resonating with anyone (referred to as crickets!).
How did you overcome these challenges?
I overcame these challenges by pushing forward regardless of whether or not I was getting external validation. I realized that my purpose was to help people and that I wasn’t going to let fear stop me anymore. I looked at it as an opportunity to grow and essentially apply the very techniques I was teaching.
How do you keep motivated through difficult times?
I’ve learned to listen to my body and allow myself to step back, take a break, and recharge as needed. Usually, if I go take a walk, listen to a book or music, meditate, or connect with my body through exercise, I can bounce back pretty quickly.
How do you distinguish yourself from your competitors?
Part of my strong desire to teach this method (the quantum model of causing an effect on your physical body through thoughts alone) was because no one was teaching on it. As a former personal trainer, I realized that there was a big piece missing in the fitness industry – mindset work. I try to distinguish myself by including facts about quantum physics and neuroscience in my teachings.
What is the best advice you have received recently?
The best advice I’ve received is to keep learning and reading. Enjoy the process as it’s unfolding and don’t try to race to the finish line because you’re never “finished”.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs?
Do your best not to compare yourself to others. Embrace your unique qualities and don’t try to emulate or fit in.
What are your favorite business tools/resources and why?
I personally love Canva. It makes creating content very efficient!
What is a good article or book you have read recently?
Loving What Is: Four Questions That Can Change Your Life by Byron Katie.
What are you currently learning about for your business or looking for help with?
I’m in the process of learning how to launch my first group Mastermind Course for Weight Loss. In the past, I’ve only worked 1-on-1 with clients so this will be something new for me.
What are your goals for the next few months and how are you striving to achieve them?
My goal for the next few months is to sell out my Mastermind Class for Weight Loss by reaching as many people as possible through social media. I’m also working on growing my YouTube audience by posting more teachings on manifestation, wellness, and self-love.
